Edit with stylist name: I had an appointment with Queen and flew in from overseas to wash and retwist my locs. When I arrived, she was doing someone else’s hair that whole time and when she was finished she just left. I waited for over two hours and my appointment was not honored. My first experience was good but after what happened today, I’m never coming back.

I LOOK LIKE A GREASE MONKEY. Got home from the Salon today and just wanted to cry. My hair has no body, very limp and so clumpy from the oily, greasy texture. On top of that, the flat iron burnt me 15 times, so my scalp hurts. I’ve never had a silk press this painful or results this bad. She was notified that I am being treated for my dermatitis which causes a very dry and sensitive scalp. I have an event tomorrow and now I have to stress about finding some place else to fix my hair. My hair is gross and I’m beyond upset. Not worth the time or money. Edit. Few days after and I have open bruises on my scalp from the flat iron burns. Awful experience, just awful. I’ve emailed and they don’t even have the manners to reply.

First time there great experience. Called and got everything resolved. Appointment was great. Now second time, tried to get a cost for a service and sent images they requested but never heard back. Crickets. Not even a were still checking or we can’t do it. Just nothing. Not sure what happened but will be looking for another place.
