Jackie's Unisex Beauty Salon

The owner jackie very rude and talked bad about my hair constantly while working on it. Relaxers are 35 dollars but I was charged 120 for a relaxer and blow dry. No leave in conditioner, no steamer, no end clipped, no style, no rollers, just 120 for relaxer and blow dry. When I asked her about the price.l, she give a pathetic face she shrugged her shoulders. Other customers were complaining about the cheap products used in their hair. This place is not recommended and the ends of my hair are dry, brittle, and sticky even though it was relaxed. Very poor service. If the owner has issues with relaxing Black ladies hair, then she should not offer the service. I feel sorry for the nice hair assistants that work in the salon. The owner has that face because she is rude and nasty.

Jackie is great! Quick, professional and did a beautiful job on my 2 girls. She gained a regular customer!!

I have to completely disagree with the last gentlemans review. After many years of going there I have never had an issue with my hair or the service. She is an extremely nice and sweet person and always makes good recommendations on hair style and cut as a great hairstylist should. I have never been dissatisfied when walking out of her salon, she does an amazing job and I would recommend her in a heart beat.
