Ten Salon Neptune Beach

I’ve never been one to go to a salon. As a mother of 3, I’m lucky if I can get my hair trimmed once a year at a super cuts. I went an saw Kourtnee and from start to finish I felt so comfortable, so relaxed and she was no judgemental. I was open about using cheap shampoo/conditioner and she didn’t bat an eye. When I expressed my hair goals to her, she educated me on product to use to meet those goals as well. I already booked my next appointment with her and I know it’s going to be a great experience. I never knew how therapeutic it could be to get my hair done till this experience and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. Go book with Kourtnee ASAP! You won’t regret it! Service: Haircut

If I could rate this salon more than 5 stars, I would! I had an amazing experience as a first time customer. Kourtnee did my hair and let me just tell you.. that girl is AMAZING! Her personality was so uplifting, and she was also very informative and kind. Definitely worked her magic and I am absolutely so happy with the results. All the staff were great and helpful. Ripoff…Went in with a picture of what I wanted, spent over $200 and received 12 light foils and a botched hair cut! She was a new stylist who must have decided she didn’t want to do what I wanted, which was a balayage and shaping up of my layers. I had to pay just over $200 for dog ears (I had to pay to have my cut fixed it was so bad) and no noticeable change to my color! I was devastated by the cut and spending all that money and not getting what I asked for!
