T & T Nail Spa

This place is very nice. All the staff is very good and do a great job. The only thing I do not like is that they will not take appointments for the person you want for your pedicures. You have to go with the first available. I like a particular person, but if I want her, I have to walk in and wait until available. Sometimes this is a long wait. Other than that the place is great! Nails came out really cute ! Main issue is the sanitation of this place. They seem to have an ant infestation for months !! Every visit still has the same ant issue. The guy who did my nails saw an ant crawling on the table near me, crushed & killed it with his thumb and went STRAIGHT back into doing my nails without washing or even wiping off his fingers ! So gross. The first experience i ever had was also a bit annoying because he charged me $45 just for a simple design(a couple of lines) so the total came out to about $85 which i thought was a bit over priced. It doesn’t seem that they clean their tools after individual use as well. The guy doing my nails was pretty rude when the color he chose i wasn’t a huge fan of and BEFORE he cured it i asked to change it, as well as he was on his phone the entire time and kept making many mistakes that weren’t fixed. I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE MY LAST VISIT, I HAVE HAD MY NAILS DONE A FEW TIMES BEFORE HERE AND IT WAS MEDIOCORE. MY LAST VISIT WAS ON SATURDAY 9/30, I'M AFRICAN AMERICAN, I WAS THE 1ST CUSTOMER TO ARRIVE. THE PLACE WAS NOT OPEN AT 9AM AS ADVERTISED, 2 NAIL TECHS WERE WAITING WHEN I ARRIVED (THEY WIERDLY SAID HELLO) AT 8:50 AM. ANOTHER SPANISH CUSTOMER ARRIVED AROUND 9:15 AM ( I SAY SPANISH BECAUSE SHE WAS GREETED BY THE TECHS WARMLY IN SPANISH, YU NCOULD TELL THAT THEY KNEW EACH OTHER) WE WERE ALL STANDING OUTISDE. THE OWNERS ARRIVED AROUND 9:40AM, EVEN THOUGH I ARRIVED FIRST THE SPANISH CUSTOMER WAS SERVED FIRST EVEN AFTER I PT MY NAME ONTHE LIST FIRST...SHE DID NOT HAVE TO), I WAS SET UP TO GET MY PEDICURE DONE FIRST, THE LADY WHO DID MY PEDICURE WAS RUSHIG BECAUSE SHE HAD A CLIENT THAT WALKED IN AND SHE STARTED MOVING FAST TO GET ME OUT OF HE WAY. SHE EVEN GAVE ME THE WRONG POLISH!! AFTER THAT I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET MY NAILS DONE , I SAT AT STATION 6 LOO
