My first time at Miami Hair Glam was phenomenal! The overall interior of the suite was beautiful and neat. Being that my hair is natural, Marcella was very transparent and informative about the products she was using and it’s benefits. Not to mention the amazing head massage that I received during the wash (which was much needed after a busy week lol) Marcella held great conversations with my mother and I, creating an inviting atmosphere! I visited Miami Hair Glam salon for a special Silk press offer for first time client visit of 140 dollars for a trim, conditioner process and the silk press. Marcella's service was phenomenal. I enjoyed her conversations (one in which she gave me a backstory of how she got into the hair styling business) and was engagingly responsive to me in my questions of maintenance and styling. I've already booked another appointment in a couple of weeks. Can't wait!

Marcella is amazing! She took such great care of my hair and I left feeling like a new woman. She was able to identify what products worked for my hair with just a quick look and I got a great treatment and haircut. I would highly recommend her services!
