I had the pleasure of receiving a mediocre blowout by Elizabeth. After she dropped the round brush on me 2 or 3 times I asked her politely to be a bit more gentle given my hair. She seemed annoyed and blamed my colorist in New York for my hairs sensitivity. She used a wire brush on sensitive hair, I am not sure what her problem was but it made me very uncomfortable. Hands down the worst blowout I have ever received. Her personality alone was enough to never go back aside from her lack of general skill. Service: Hairstyling

I booked an appointment with Elizabeth for express keratin treatment and hair coloring- highlights. I read some bad reviews here but since I had already booked with her ,I went ahead. She burnt by scalp with the hot iron. The keratin she did was the worse. It Had zero effect on my hair. My hair was the same, frizzy as before. I wasted my precious time and bucks! Great salon with the best hair professionals!! I went to them with a hair emergency and they did an amazing job with bringing my hair back to life. Cenya is an incredible colorist and helped me achieve my hair color goals!! Chris also did an amazing job with cutting my hair. Highly recommend this salon!
