Very professional, excellent customer service, and your appointment time is always honored. Best stylist ever!
I’ve been to Michelle a few times, never had an issue with her until this appointment, I’ve always been on time and the one time I could not make it until 4 minutes after your grace period you chewed me out. Michelle your interpersonal and professionalism is way off for a grown woman. Very aggressive and insensitive. I have always came in washed my hair and tipped you. Unfortunately I won’t be coming to be serviced by you again. Very distasteful and to be so good at what you do your attitude was a disappointment.
