I was in town from NY and needed a place to get a nice blow out for a wedding. This salon was extremely accommodating and super friendly! Tiago did a wonderful job with the wash and dry and Gwen at the front desk was very helpful! Service: Blowdry

I just left the salon and súper happy as always.. But I was talking with the owner Gwen about all these fake reviews!! Like really you guy’s don’t have anything else to do in your free time?!? I been coming to this salon for almost 2 years I was just a blow dry client and sometimes haircut because my hairstylist is in Chicago that’s where I am from but I come a lot to Miami for work… Until one day Eneko my hairstylist here in Miami in this salon gave me a comment about my highlights and I gave him a chance. Well I have to say my girl in Chicago is no longer my hairstylist and I love her but no!!! Saying this Eneko does an awesome job because trust me it’s no easy getting a Latin women with very dark hair looking almost like JL jejejeje and every one is super nice all of the staff so please stop with the anger and the fake reviews!!! THIS SALON IS GREAT AND GRREAT LOCATION!! Services: Haircut, Hair hydration treatments, Blowdry, Hair highlighting, Hairstyling

This business doesn’t even know what costumer service means. I just called them to ask if they were open, and yes I am aware it’s thanksgiving. However, some places still decided to stay open. I, my self, just got out of work. Online it also shows as open, so why not call and ask? Well, they answered with the worst attitude when I asked if they were open. The conversation went “do you even know what day is today?” “Yea I do” “do you understand what thanksgiving means”. So in the first place, why you even answer the phone….?!? There was no need to receive such angry answer as if I just inquired.
