It was horrible. I had a 4 p.m. appointment it was 450 they were still doing the person in front of me and I still had another one to go. I never seen such bad service in my life. I will never go back to this place and I don't recommend it to anyone

I have now been 3 times. Twice for my eyebrows and once for my nails. So far I like it very much. Jany at the front of the house is so nice and patient. She does an excellent job finding me an appointment quickly. She also pleasantly surprised me by remembering my name and greeting me directly when she arrived at the salon when I was there before her. That was a very nice feeling that she had greeted me by name after only meeting me 3 times. Those are the things to look for in a good experience. Sayuris, Rosie, & Liana were all very sweet, professional and performed their services at a high quality level that I was very satisfied with. I will definitely be going back soon to try more services.

I have been a client of Lucia from Kaprichos for many years. Always received excellent service and beautiful styles. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair done. Everyone is very professional including my manicurist Dagmaris who is very good.
