I went to this salon on November 14th to get a touch up for the Japanese straightening for myself and my mother and was taken care of by Mary. At first everything seemed good but hair always looks perfect when you leave the salon. However, once the time frame passed for us to wash our hair, there were very noticeable spots missed during treatment, especially on my mom's hair. I reached out to Mary who said she would get back to me on a date and time to look at it. Long story short, I have reached out 3 times and each time I get an excuse. It is now the end of January, there has been no attempt from her to fix the problem, I even made it simple by asking if she could only take care of my mom's hair since it is worse. Still nothing. I paid $713 between the treatment for my mom and myself and it wasn't even done right. That may not be a lot of money for some, but it is for me. I feel ripped off.
