Made an appointment with any stylist. Showed up on time and no stylist was available. Then one stylist says she will attend my child in a moment. She answered phones even swept the floor before attending my child half hour past scheduled time. The appointment was for a kids cut and blow dry online it says $30 I showed her a picture of what she wanted which was 4 inches off and bangs and blow dried straight She did whatever she wanted which was a much shorter cut and very long bangs and blow dried it curly It looked great but not what I asked nor showed her Worst part is she charged her as an adult $57 claiming because she thought she was older than 10 when my daughter is 8 and I have a copy of report card on student portal then she changed the story and claimed due to her hair length. Another hair cutter my never up charged her and always honored prices as they are online. I won’t come back Services: Kids' cuts, Blowouts, Haircut, Blowdry
