I have been searching for the perfect place that specializes in the blonde world. I came in with the darkest roots and not the healthiest hair. THIS HAIRDRESSER MADE ME LOOSE MY JOB .. this haircut cannot be pulled off my face and I was let go because of it. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life and I got fired. I needed a professional haircut for work, The hairdresser said she could replicate the haircut I showed her a picture of and I ended up with a bob haircut. I can’t even tie my hair into a ponytail. Mind you, my hair is thick and curly so I have no idea how I’m supposed to maintain this hair in the first place. The length of my hair was to the center of my back and now it’s above my shoulders. Instead of them offering me a solution, she kept cutting my hair and telling me not to be upset. SHE NEVER OFFERED A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE! The first time I had this hairdresser, my appointment was at 4 and she did not touch my hair until 5.. This is the most unprofessional hair salon in Miami. Do not let them touch your hair!
