I frequent this nail bar because of the absolute perfect french manicure I receive from Anastasia. The service is excellent and the girls always friendly.

We got extensions and Russian dry mani and pedi with gel polish. The shapes are perfect!! The technique was new to me but the results were GREAT! Best mani i have had EVER. Inna - did the nail extensions And Lana did my mani. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Hi. My review about pedicure service, booking, and checking-in experience. I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance with a specific specialist. For me it was very important and I repeated myself few times what specialist I want. It was booked and confirmed. Day of my appointment I received the email, saying that my specialist is completely different from who I wanted ???? no explanation and nothing they could do about it. When I arrived to my appointment, receptionist looked at me, then looked down and continued typing on her phone ????????‍♀️ rude. My specialist was 15 minutes late, nobody apologized, didn’t offer water or coffee while I was waiting. The worst part is the pedicure itself. Full service with gel polish took less than 50 minutes. What is that? Express/half done? The technic that they use is questionable- first they do gel polish, then they do actual pedicure. Or whatever it was. It’s impossible to do qualitative pedicure when nails already polished ????????‍♀️ the mach
