Let me share with you the absolute worst hair salon experience I've ever had in my entire life. Despite booking an appointment in advance, my visit was nothing short of a disaster. Upon arriving, Julissa, the hairstylist I had scheduled with, informed me that she had only just noticed my appointment that morning. To make matters worse, she already had another client in the chair and insisted I wait for a staggering 20-25 minutes. Although I had an appointment, I reluctantly agreed to wait. After enduring a 15-minute wait, Julissa finally joined me and, in the most impolite manner, stated that she wouldn't touch my hair without knowing its history. I found her attitude incredibly rude, especially considering I was prepared to be a paying customer. I assured her that I had previously had blonde highlights and that my hair was remarkably strong, as other hairstylists had acknowledged. What an amazing place to get your hair done everyone is so friendly and polite. I go there twice a week for my hair blow dry and I have used several of the hairdressers for my color and highlights at this location. Luisa is my absolute favorite. I’ve been going to this salon International Hair for the last 2 1/2 years and would happily recommend to everyone.
