Tan has been cutting my hair for the past 13 years and I've never had a bad experience or a bad haircut. Would recommend the place to anyone who wants a great cut and amazing customer service. I get compliments on my hair from everyone, including other hair stylists who are not employed by this company when I happen upon them in the wild. Just a warning, they're usually fairly booked out and I would definitely recommend making an appointment at least 3 weeks in advance
I absolutely love Shear Excitement Salon, and Melissa is the real MVP here! She's not just an excellent colorist and stylist, but she's also an amazing listener. She genuinely cares about what you want and then works her magic to make it happen. Plus, she's always so pleasant and kind—it's like catching up with a friend every time I see her. Melissa's flexibility with my schedule is a lifesaver, and she's the reason I've been coming to this salon for three awesome years. Oh, and did I mention how clean and comfy the place is? It's like a little oasis of pampering. Highly recommend!
