Threading/ Salon/Spa

I finally was able to get in for an appointment (because the two times I went prior she wasn't there) and I should have taken it as a sign because I'm very dissatisfied with the outcome. The service is very transactional, no care whatsoever (just "write your name on the pad"). And the tech (I'm assuming it's Niki because she never introduced herself) didn't listen to a word I said. I wanted to keep my natural arch and remove just enough to clean it up. I've been growing my brows out for over a year and was very clear about what I wanted. It's like it went in one ear and out the other because she took off too much and gave me a new shape. To top it off, as soon as she was done she just walked off...again terrible customer service. My eyebrows are way too thin now and I'm very disappointed. I will not be going back.

Came here to try a new place to get my eyebrows threaded, Niki was super gentile and nice throughout the whole process! Definitely coming back, I %100 suggest coming here. She left my eyebrows looking flawless ☺️ Service: Eyebrow threading

I did a google search and decided to go here because of the good reviews... the older lady that did my brows does it like shes flipping pages,,, soooooo very fast and accurate.. she made sure to understand what i wanted before starting. Ive done threading before and I know what the pain can be like but this lady made it seem like nothing. Very courteous, professional lady . I will go back.
