Salon West

I had an appointment with Heather yesterday, this is my first time coming to this salon. She did a great job on the haircut I wanted, however, I felt a bit rushed towards the end due to another client waiting but didn’t get the finished blowout style I wanted. My hair is very thick and it requires a lot of texturizing. When I originally scheduled the appointment, I did indicate for more time and was told that I would be charged extra for the time. For a first time customer experience, I shouldn’t have to feel rushed and the appointment lasted for an hour and 20 minutes. Which is not very long in in my opinion and for what I was charged for. For clarity, I wanted to feel happy with the finished style and get what I paid for!

So I used to be a client there for years. And then my hairdresser left ......I came back to them after 2 years and the service been amazing. I have the most sweet girl ever that doing my hair! And I was very happy until my last visit .. My roots were orange when i left....I had to go home and buy a toner and tone my hair because the blonde did not work this time. I left with complete orange roots,!! I'm still gonna give her a shot. Because she always tried her best to make me happy.

I had to change stylists 3 times in the past 2 years. Before my scheduled appointment I receive a call that my stylist is unfortunately no longer there. No reason given to me why the stylist leaves. I establish a rapport and have confidence in my stylist then they are gone. I will NOT be returning to Salon West salon. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Blowouts, Haircut, Hairstyling
