My experience was over all great I was recommended by my sister in law so I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed at all a bit pricey but worth it Estela was great very professional , nice and took her time to perfect the style & color I was looking for , these are two pictures taken afterwards definitely recommend. They really need to review the quality of service to please their existing and new customers. Enter at your Risk!!! This place went downhill. I am used to going to Dominican salons in NY in which they would roller set and use various treatments to promote healthy hair. I started going to this salon for quite some time and would get my hair straighten. However, I went recently and there were some new staff was there. They did not use heat protection when using heat appliances like a flat iron. The lady who washed my hair did not use a detangling brush or anything to detangle my hair. Which made blow drying experience Brutal. When under the dryer they don't use anything to cover your ears. Towels are old and stained. I felt like they were annoyed when doing my hair because it natural and long and thick. I even gave an tip to the hairdresser of 10 dollars because I know my hair is a lot but she did not seem happy.
