Samantha was the bomb. She was so sweet and, actually talked to me. She wasn’t one of those stylists that are all grumpy and “hate” the world. I wasn’t expecting for the prices to be so damn good! I normally don’t complain online as I believe in resolving the issue in person, but as they would not accommodate the concerns my wife had with her hair, people need to be warned before they spend their hard earned money. She went in for a simple wash and blow dry before a wedding. They assured she would be done before making the appointment and upon arriving. They did not finish in time, they did not know what they were doing, and they were caught taking advantage by upcharging unnecessarily. My wife went with my sister and cousin for a simple wash and blow out. My cousin was doing a simple updo and the stylist didn’t know what to do with her hair that he had to end up washing it and starting over from putting too much spray and messing up her hair. My wife walked out with washed hair and that was it as they couldn’t add any volume to her hair. She went home and was able to add it herself with nothing more than a brush and some common sense.
