Today was my first time here didn't like the way Kathy spoke to Glenda it is very important to maintain respect for each other in front of the coustumers! But I'm very happy with my pedicure thanks to Glenda she was very nice to me ????

I'm never going back here for a pedicure. The girl was on her phone, didn't even wait for my toes to dry so the nail polish is all messed up. The minute she got done painting my toes, she made me leave with those thin slippers. She seemed to be in a rush.

Nice and clean location but poor nail tech service. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment because I wanted to do a soak off which I was not able to find on there booking website but I was not even greeted when I walked in so I didn’t have the opportunity to ask. severely overpriced compared to traditional nail salons I do not recommend. attached are my nails which are inconsistent versus the picture of what I wanted, and they have the nerve to argue over pricing for almost $200 where I could get it done for $120 in Orlando. So disturbed by my experience here I literally am posting this five minutes after walking out, and super dissatisfied they only were willing to charge me 150 because I would not be returning to have it fixed. Save your money and the opportunity to be condescended by the attitudes here and go to a better location.
