Hair Cuttery

The stylist was super friendly and a wonderful person, however this was the worst haircut of my life. She barely touched my hair when Free-hand cutting. Didnt listen to what i wanted or was not able to achieve it. Chopped it real short even though i asked to keep length in the front. Cut it half wet/half dry, I left the salon with not fully dried hair, didn't see the back of my head. Result was very uneven, no shape, no flow. I waited a few days, washed my hair, styled it but nothing would do. I went to another salon and my stylist confirmed it was indeed a mess - she spent so long fixing it and it costed me extra money but at least I have a real haircut now! Service: Haircut

Worst hair experience ever. I booked a blow out for $29 and ended up paying +$60 because the website deceptively priced it lower and never told me long hair is extra charge. Cheryl was supposed to do a blow out and made excuses on why it would be hard to do on my hair. My hair is type 1A hair, the easiest. Anyways, she was EXTREMELY rough with my hair during shampoo, conditioning, brushing, and drying my hair. She even complained to her coworkers WHILE doing my hair about how long it was going to take relative to her next appointment. After everything, my hair so atrocious and I brushed and washed it out immediately. I will never get my hair done, here or anywhere, ever again.

Best haircut I’ve gotten in five years. I am so happy because I haven’t found a good salon since I left Maryland. Sophia is the best. I think I’ll be driving back every six weeks from Tampa. All my friends say I look so much younger too I Service: Haircut
