Sutra Salon

I had a really good experience my first time at Sutra Salon. I called earlier the same day and asked for a haircut appointment & was able to make an appointment that same day with Meghan. The environment is the Salon is very nice. I've been to salons where all you can smell is chemicals. Not so here. The receptionist was very nice, and he offered me a beverage right from the start. I was then taken to the back & had my hair shampooed & conditioned (part of the service, I believe), and I then met Meghan. She's a lovely lady who listened to what I wanted done and then trimmed my hair exactly like I wanted. This was my first time at this Salon. I'm usually VERY hesitant to go somewhere new for my hair, but I was very happily surprised. I had read some very positive reviews about this salon on Google Reviews. Meghan was professional, and I felt comfortable in her capable hands. I had opted for just a wash & trim service (which came out to be $25 - without tip). I always air dry my hair, so

I am absolutely blown away with how welcoming and talented the employees here are. Isabella gave me a free consultation, color and cut and I have never looked better. I've been traumatized of getting haircuts ever since I was young, and I think that's because I've never really had a good experiences. The few good experiences I did have, I ended up walking out paying much more than what was originally told to me. But that all changed at Sutra Salon!! Jackie was my stylist and KILLED IT! While my task was pretty straight forward, just a trim and thinning my hair out, Jackie did exactly what I asked! After living in Jax for six years, I think I've finally found my "Haircut Home".
