Tai's Nails and Lashes II

The staff is extremely ghetto. They had Latin music blaring from the speakers and they were dancing. I’ve never seen that before in a nail shop. The man that did my nails was rough. He couldn’t do any type of nail art or designs although he attempted. The staff left without cleaning their areas. Water bottles everywhere, trash overflowing, and areas were not wiped down. I wanted to leave but I was more than half way through getting my nails done when the shenanigans had started. Anyway, while doing my nail the guy messed up and wiped the white polish off and attempted to go over my nail with clear polish. I had to tell him he needed to fix that. SMH. I left with plain nails. My experience was horrible. I will never visit that place chain. $115 for my gel nails and a pedicure that looks just like my nails minus the white. Never again. Then had the nerve to ask TWICE if I wanted to leave a tip. Lol. Wow! Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure

If I could give them a star I would definitely do it. I went there last week to get my nails done and had to wait more than 1 hour. I won’t be going anymore. Every time I go it’s always the same situation. I made an appointment on my past visit and I still had to wait for a long time. This time I waited again when one the employees told me that it was only going to be another 15 minutes but it turned out to be 45 more. I saw how he was taking more time finishing with the customer he was taking on purpose, since it was a simple work. And then he asked me if I made an appointment and why didn’t I make one with a terrible attitude. I usually don’t make reviews but this place was awful

Every time I go I see Angela for my nails. She is quick and well experienced. I leave satisfied with the experience. My toe nail tech is either Monique or Jaciel (I think that's right) she sets towards the back. I would recommend this place. I will let you know in advance the vibes are like being a your cousins house getting your nails done. Music, conversation and overall a chill environment.
