This place wouldn't be that bad if everyone were on the same page. I went about a month ago and was happy with my nails. The Asian lady in the middle chair works slowly, but she takes her time and and my nails were beautiful that day. Perfect and exactly what I asked for. I went back today and the same lady did my pedicure. However, when I went for a refill, the owner Tina did my nails. This is probably one of the WORSE jobs I've ever seen done by a professional. First I told her to cut down my nails and I still wanted the pointy look. She tells me that would be ugly and begins to shape my nails the way she wanted it to look. Offended, I told her for the past year I've had my nails the same way and no one else ever had an issue. To make a story short, some of my nails she didn't shape properly, 3 were crooked, she made a mess of gel polish on my cuticles and I had to ask her to clean it up, she cut me with the nail shaper over 6 times(two of my fingers were bleeding when I left) , the
