I made an appointment for 1:30. Walked in at 1:20 and spoke to someone sitting in the front, they acknowledged my appointment and called the stylist who had just sat another customer in her chair. The stylist looked at me, said some words to the person sitting ant the front desk and they asked me to sit. Both of them preceded to continue with their clients. Given my appointment was at 1:30 and they had 10 minutes to spare, I sat down. The stylist continued with starting an entire hair coloring session with her client, never acknowledging me. No one said a word to me. I left at 1:50. Waste of time and terrible customer service.
My stylist Heyke, is so well informed, patient in explaining, & does such good work w/my hair.
They ignored me for 45 minutes because I’m white. I know how that sounds, but that’s straight up what happened. I didn’t speak Spanish so they ignored me
