Elegant Nails Salon is always stocked with different colors, whether it's gel, deep powder or regular they have it. (And that's a plus for me since I like naturals). I REALLY WANTED TO LOVE THIS PLACE BUT AFTER I WAS TOLD ONE PRICE AND CHARGED FOR A DIFFERENT ONE, ANA REPLY TO MY REVIEW AND TOLD ME THE AMOUNT EXTRA WAS RIGHT. WHICH I WOULDN'T MIND IF I WOULD HAVE GOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. But tech told me she didn't know how to do coffin nails and did my nails too thick and horrible shape, called to ask if they can fix it and guess what? She gave me a fake name because obviously she knows she didn't do a nice job. They told me they will see if can fix it and didn't call back. YOU NEVER TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO FIX IT EVEN THOUGH I CALLED YOU TO REQUEST IT, YOU TOLD ME LET ME SEE ILL CALL YOU BACK AND YOU NEVER DID, PLEASE DONT LIE TO PEOPLE

I’ve come here 3 times now, and I love their service. Yunisleidy and Dom are my favorite nail techs. The shop is clean and also very pretty. The vibes are nice and they do an amazing job at my nails!
