Tomy Mishali Salon & Spa

Made an appointment to have my hair cut for 4PM today. I arrived on time. Was signaled to seat and wait without being spoken too. After 15 minutes I started to feel uneasy… and ignored. Shortly after someone came to offer to wash my hair. I asked why the person that was cutting my hair had not introduced herself and I was told she was busy. I found that a little rude especially when she just walked away. The first time you use a salon it has been my experience that your hairstylist introduces themselves and if busy asks you to wait…not here, here I you just get ignored … A few minutes later I knew this was not the salon for me and told the receptionist that I was leaving because I was insulted with the treatment I was given! She said ok without any apologies!!! This is a great place if you want to be disrespected and ignored … and I don’t .

Went for a facial with Yael and best facial ever!!!! She is honest and tells you what she thinks you need and takes her time not skimping out on any detail. I walk out of their not only relaxed but feeling 10 years younger. Thank you!!!! See you next month again

I can’t stay enough good things about this place! Both Tomy and Yeoram are incredibly talented at what they do. I’ve had the pleasure of having both of them do my hair and every time I leave feeling so refreshed and confident. I moved about 45 mins away and tried salons closer to home and always end up coming back here. As long as I live in South Florida, I will never trust anyone else to do my hair. They both understand my hair texture and were able to give me a cut that flattered my face shape and looks good both in my natural texture and styled. You know how sometimes you go somewhere and you don’t like your haircut until it’s grown out a little a couple of weeks later? Not with this place. I leave loving my hair every single time. Cindy is also a magician. She was able to use just a round brush and blow drier to give me voluminous beachy waves, a look I normally have to do with my flat iron or a curling iron. If you need a new hair salon look no further. You’ll be so happy here! S
