Susan was recommended by a coworker almost 8 years ago and I’m so happy. She does a wonderful job cutting and coloring my baby fine hair. I moved from Gainesville but schedule appointments when home to visit family. I regularly get compliments on my hair color and how healthy my hair looks ????.

The owner Susan is nice and she does a good job on your hair. Her personality and professionalism is not there though, if you want somebody to be rude to you if you ever have to cancel then go to her. I unfortunately had to cancel last minute due to a work conflict and she was extremely rude with me.. will not be returning. Susan was awesome! I came in for an appointment we scheduled for 3pm but day light savings messed us up and she squeezed me in anyway. Great customer service! Also I had extremely long, easily tangled hair. She listened to my concerns and gave me advice all during my visit. I have always bounced around to different salons because I never liked the previous cuts. She even noticed the wrong pieces that I asked multiple hairstylists to fix. I love love love this cut by Susan! Definitely will recommend her to everyone and will go back myself!!
