This was my first time ever having my eyebrows threaded. Ziba was full of life and made me feel very welcome. Her laugh is infectious! The process was much quicker and more comfortable than wax, and I think it’s my favorite eyebrow shape so far. She let me know she liked natural looking eyebrows before I even had a chance to tell her that’s what I wanted! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
