Hair Cuttery

Was charged extra for having long hair even though I only got a haircut. I was also told by the hairdresser she would need to blow dry my hair to make sure she cut it correctly. By the end of my visit I wound up spending 80$ for a trim.

Shay always slays my hair cut!! And it's apparently not an easy one as many have done it wrong I've only found a couple of people who can execute it correctly. And she always makes my hair look awesome when styling. Love the vibe here and the talent, will continue to go for my hair needs.

I'm disgusted by my hair. It was bad when I walked in, and even worse walking out. My requests were unable to be properly listened to due the the volume of the music and ineptness of the stylist, therefore the interpretation of the cut was inaccurate as well as just completely missing the mark and didn't look anything like the reference picture. I was never asked how I wanted my hairline before they started working on it and I never got shown the back of my head. The fade on the back was wildly uneven and the top was pitifully cut with the entire cut just being uneven overall. For a short haircut it took over a half hour with very little results. There was effort put in by the person who cut my hair, and you could tell they tried, but it was massively disappointing and left me feeling overstimulated and unhappy. Also there were at least 4 termites on the wall. I will not be returning to this establishment.
