Staff was friendly and haircut was good. They didn’t accept my coupon which is why I’m giving 3 stars. I feel like they should’ve informed me before getting the haircut, they knew I had an online coupon.
Very bad experience! We checked in online and had waiting time for 45 mins. When we arrived at the shop they again checked us in and still needed to wait until 55 mins. We were concerned that it will be late and store may be closed. But the lady assured they will take us since we checked in. Then we went for quick groceries and came back in 55 mins but they closed already. The lady was not even sorry for that. Wasted almost 2 hours with no haircut and cold behavior. Not to mention, why they required all the detailed address during check in anyway? What’s the reason? So absurd
Cool place for a hair cut. Reasonable price that a student can afford. People are super easy to talk and have conversation throughout the time.
