Cosmo Nail & Hair Bar

I had booked an appointment for 6:30 last week and I know they close at 7:30 so that should’ve been plenty of time for the pedicure and manicure that I paid for. However, the work they did felt rushed. And even tho I had scheduled both pedi and mani all they did for the mani was polish. And I wish they would’ve done more for the pedi too. Not worth what I paid for unfortunately. This polish has not even lasted a week and I am not rough on my hands.

I was recommended to this nail bar and was happy they were able to fit me in within 20 minutes. I got the liquid gel builder manicure and the square nails I wanted but the gentleman that did my nails was not friendly at all. He also filed my left pinky finger too much, and now the right side of the nail is red and hurts. I hope my pinky finger heals quickly. He could have cleaned up some of my cuticles. He also never let me know that the service was over. I had to ask him. Thanks for getting me in fairly quickly, but I won’t get services from this nail bar again. You may want to try a place that is more friendly and attentive. Service: Manicure
