Nelle has been my stylist for many years. I love the friendly atmosphere there and I'm always happy with my service. Today she did a beautiful job styling my daughter's hair for prom! Her client's happiness is her priority. She's awesome!
The people I spoke with over the phone were kind, helpful and professional!!! But the Woman who cut my Girlfriends hair seemed to be in, let’s say “not the best mood”? Which is fine, everyone has their on days and their off days! But we decided to look somewhere else for Balayage.
Walked in with my husband so he could get a simple fade. The looks and the attitude that we received from the staff was absolutely ridiculous. As if a man needing a haircut was an atrocity. If you say you cut women’s men’s and children’s hair then that’s what you should honor and you should also make them feel welcome. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone.
