Bellagio Nail Spa

Giving 3 stars as I have previously used their services for dip manicure and had a good experience. Recently came in for a GelX manicure and pedicure prior to leaving town for a business trip, pedicure turned out beautifully. Unfortunately my manicure experience has been very disappointing. Despite GelX being designed to last several weeks, within 48 hours two of the nails have fallen right off with more lifting. I have reached out twice regarding a refund request since I will be out of town for work and cannot come in to have my nails repaired. I just didn’t want to pay twice for something that should only need to be done once. Unfortunately I was told they have a no-refund policy and my second email has not yet been responded to. I feel embarrassed to have my nails in this state before a business trip and will have to have them redone locally. Would not recommend their GelX services given the lack of durability for the cost. Have had longer lasting results from drug store press-ons.

They were good it wasn’t my favorite nail salon ever but in terms of how my nails were painted I’m satisfied and I’m not too picky anyways. Reasonable prices when compared to most mail salons and they weren’t busy in there so I got serviced quickly

My overall experience wasn’t terrible. The technicians were very nice. Very clean space. A little disappointed in my outcome though. I received the gel x service not even a week ago and all of my nails are lifting and breaking. The first nail broke the day after I got my nails done. I called the shop and there wasn’t a resolution or any kind of sympathy. I booked another appointment for a different service and I’m bringing other clients along hopefully it’ll turn out better.
