I consistently receive great service from Kristal Fatic. She takes the time to discuss my hair goals and what's achievable. Initially, I wanted a short pixie cut, but after a few months, I decided to go for a Bob and pixie cut combination. Kristal explained that she could only cut so far to maintain the front length, which I appreciated. We also worked on color, and I shared my ideas with her. She skillfully created a color that suited my complexion and didn't stray from my preferences. Kristal is not only talented but also hospitable.
