I wanted to drop a comment about my experience on 2/12 with Marty at the Fort Myers location. If there is a way to have a perfect hair experience, Marty has figured out how to deliver just that. From the moment I met him he was professional and kind. It was immediately apparent he possessed vast knowledge about his trade and the experience he provided I have never had in another salon. The care Marty took while washing, brushing, drying and styling was well above expectations. I have extremely long hair and Marty took the time to meticulously blow dry my whole head, effortlessly transitioning from cool air while around the face and top of the head, to warm air down around the ends. Marty studied what felt like every strand of hair and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Never once have I had a hair stylist who hasn’t pulled my hair while brushing or styling, however Marty was soft handed and went through the entire appointment without a single pull. I Wish they have a zero stars, I was just there 2 of the hair dresser saw me at the lobby area no one even said hello! I wait for 15 minutes after they both saw me the blonde lady and the afroamericana hair dressers! So disappointed! Funny fact I called them one hour before and they told me to come! Lol they just ignoring me I think was because I was dressing super casual and they think the I can’t afford the services! After both looking at me from toe to head! So bad! The level of discrimination in this location is complete unbelievable! Please don’t come to this place they are many other places where ppl appreciate the customers! Service: Haircut

The décor is beautiful, the place feels open and bright. Luigi is a great hairstylist, he knows color and takes his time with his customers. Before the owner passed away everything seemed to run smoothly, he was always making sure the place looked spotless and welcoming. I don't think the new management is putting the same effort, but I hope they'll do, I really like this location. Services: Haircut, Hair highlighting
