Supercuts

I thought I submitted this review the day of. But I didnt. My haircut was on 2/15/23. I told the "stylist", I wanted a trim. My hair was way past shoulder length. What do you think she proceeded to do? Cut way more then what was asked. My hair is now above my shoulders. I haven't had my hair above my shoulders in years! Then she proceeds to tell me that I shouldn't blow dry or flat iron it. Oh really? Let me not attempt to style my ugly hair now so it looks halfway decent. My hair is short and the cut is horrible. I really don't understand how she is working there. Now I need to spend more money with an actual stylist to fix it. Needless to say, Im never returning to this location again. On top of it, I had a $10 off promo code (10OFF) for supercuts, to which she didn't want to accept because she didn't know what to do.

Being coming here for a few years. Very nice people. In and out. Love it.

Really unsatify with my haircut. I don't want to talk about prices but there are places that are way better. Is a shame because the place looks really good and super clean. The employees treat me well don't get me wrong but I really spect more for what I pay.
