I am extremely disappointed with my haircut with the owner, Bob Pitts, which is unfortunate because I’ve been to him several times before. I was happy with the style of my hair prior to the appointment and asked for a 1-2 inch trim. Because Bob was distracted the entire time, he ended up getting one side drastically shorter than the other. After his several attempts to fix the cut, I lost closer to 5 inches of length. He also left me with an extremely uneven face frame that isn’t blended and looks choppy. He didn’t even make an attempt to layer or point cut my hair and so it looks chunky at the ends. This is all disappointing because all though hair slowly grows back, I have wedding photos coming up and my hair won’t look remotely close to how I envisioned. In addition, he did not wash or blow dry my hair- only ran a flat iron through it in the beginning. Bob is AMAZING! I sent the salon the hair inspiration the day before and he really aimed to create the hair I envisioned. My hair is quite the task but, nonetheless, he was so attentive and diligent the entire session. I am beyond happy with my new highlights and hair cut.
