Sha la la Salon

After a thorough search, I took my daughter and my mom to Sha la la. My daughter and mom loved their haircut. The staff was kind and thoughtful with us, and Mr. Dice-K is an incredibly talented stylist. I highly recommend this place without a doubt. Service: Hairstyling

Mr. Dice-K did an excellent job on my hair including the servive by his staff. I will definitely recommend his work. The only problem was at the end whe he was completely unprofessional and rude as I "failed" to give him the 15-20% tip that he expected. He raised his voice to me which I found rude and unprofessional. Last time I checked, tip is optional and not mandatory in the USA. When he is already charging for his service, he should not fixate the success of his business and personal career growth on a single customer financial possibilities to leave the "recommended" 15-20%. Though I will still recommend him, I'll do it only to those that can deal with a rude guy when leaving less than 15% tip or for those that can afford more than 15%. Btw, I left 10% as a gesture and in hopes for the business to invest in customer satisfaction educational courses.

Dice K gives the most amazing haircut. He takes his time and is so detail oriented. I will not let anyone else touch my hair. Highly recommended.
