Laced with Charm, Nail Salon

Absolutely awful, do not go here. Ignored what I asked for, rude service. The tech put the tips on crooked, then filed two of them almost somehow stiletto with a flat tip. I asked to remove the tips and I would pay for her time. (She put tips on, filed two, and cut them down) I told her that I could take off the rest but she insisted on taking them off so that she could charge me for taking them off, which I told her I didn’t want. She then proceeded to tell me she is going to print my picture and put it on the door and to leave. Absolutely terrible experience, do not go here it is incredibly unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. In the response to my review whoever wrote it lied about multiple things to protect their store. They never told me prices and they were not listed or showed to me. The nail tech did not listen to what I was going in for, I did not ask for coffin at all I told her square but filed in a tiny bit after doing the first one incorrectly, I asked for her

I got a full set and gel pedicure. It was amazing! The place looks beautiful, clean and relaxing. Loved the ambiance. My nails lasted 6 weeks until my next fill. Def went back for the refill. My nail tech did so good with the design I presented. Check them out! Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure

Kay did a great job on my mani pedi and didn’t try to upsell me to gel, which I appreciate (I hate gel)! Just what I wanted. Beautiful calm salon atmosphere. Will book again next time I am here!
