Natalia is horrible with her customers , after 3 years of being on a membership, doing all services provided , including makeup, last time i was there took a little bit longer for my hair, now first let me say i am the most understanding person also business owner . She rudely text me when i left she was charging me more because of more time , never even had the decency to call me, and it’s not about the money at all because i went back to pay full price because my hairstylist Briana is AMAZING ! Get this though, i was already charged extra money before i got the text!!! But because she is so rude and inconsiderate she didn’t even say hi to me and or apologize when i told her it was wrong to text a customer and not to call them. Her excuse was a customer was waiting so i had to charge you extra. Who do you think keeps that money? The owner ! I was still only an hour of service i still c

So convenient easy to get to great products and good customer service after being a member at dry bar for 8 years I have just switched over for Cherry blow dry bar couldn’t be happier
