Ended up crying ???? my heart out instead of having pretty hair for Thanksgiving as I hoped! As soon as I walked in, she said I was there at the wrong time. She checked her book and I was there at the scheduled time. She sat me in her chair and said she was going to finish her lunch. Then she came typing on her phone to translate to English that it was going to cost extra because she had to buy products. After separating my hair, she went to a side room looking through drawers and came back to tell me she left the products at the store. She was hesitant about rescheduling, so I suggested I find another place and she could just get her money back for the products (if she even really purchased any). Didn't say it...but thought it. Then went to a nearby parking lot and cried. Her hair was so beautiful, I was so excited that mine would look that pretty for Thanksgiving. I had taken her an angel to say thank you for giving me an appt, I hope it blesses her even though my heart was crushe
