karla Cortes Ste#29 Shearsandcolors is very unprofessional! She schedules appointments which she doesn’t keep or cancel, you get there and she’s gone. She also pushes you to do whatever she can charge you more! I was there for a highlight which I scheduled 2 weeks ago 10am, when I arrived she told me the appointment was 10:30am so I showed her the text message supporting what I said, then when I was back 10:30am she told me I need a color correction, not a highlight and the color correction was very expensive lol!!! She also LIES to sells you bad products saying it does miracles to your hair! Don’t go there!!! Find a responsible and reliable professional. She IS NOT IT!
