Snappy Nail Spa

I have been going to Snappy Nails for years. This last visit did me in. While getting a pedicure I noticed several times the girls would speak in their “Native Language” and laugh at the clients that were being serviced. When I asked the young lady next to me why they were laughing. Her response was it happens every time I am here. I told that that is totally rude and unacceptable. I will not go back. There are plenty of places that can provide the same services and not feel like you never know what they’re saying behind your back. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I have great experiences and many not. This last visit was most definitely my last. I had a 5:30 appointment, I will admit I was late, by 4minutes, evidently because of that my appointment went to someone else but they neglected to tell me when I got there. At 6:15, still waiting (they did have my nails soaking for 45 minutes) I finally got a little pissed and asked if someone else could do my nails. I was absolutely furious by that time. I got them done. Ironically in 20 minutes. Hopefully they last. If this was the first time, I may have blown it off but it wasn’t. I was one of their first very loyal customers when they opened. I’m so done. They really don’t care about their customers anymore, just the money. So many more places out there that actually care about the customers. Don’t waste your time on this place.
