I wish that I could give 0 stars! OT is the worst business owner of all time. I was unhappy with my fill in and pedicure color and he told me that he couldn’t do anything about it. He’s done my nails plenty of the times in the past btw. I was unhappy with the shaping and he knew this. Every time I asked him to fix the nails(while in his chair) he kept telling me that that’s how my nails were or it’s an apex lol. There were plenty of girls coming in to get their nails done and he indeed RUSHED ME to get other ppl in his chair. I still paid and even tipped him. I was planning to come back on Tuesday because they’re closed on Monday and this was in a Sunday. I went back and he immediately told me that he couldn’t fix it and he wasn’t changing the color on my toes despite it being A COMPLETELY different color than my nails. I know I can say that they are amazing. My nails came out fantastic My pedicure was amazing. And of course had to have the eyebrow and lip wax, wasn't painful at all, and she was very sweet. I know I'll be back in about 2 to 3 weeks.
