I won’t be returning. Very nice atmosphere but I have tried coming here twice and both times left unhappy. The first time: I’m growing out a pixie and my hair is past my ears. I went just to get the back mullet trimmed. I was I. The chair less than 15 mins - that included shampoo - and they charged me $50. I called on my way home and they admitted that they made a mistake and made it right by giving me a complimentary haircut for my next visit. Great! The second time: same stylist. Heather. Same idea. Just trimming the back. My hair is at least a 1/2 to an inch past my ear now. She trimmed the sides after I was very clear that I did not want the sides TOUCHED AT ALL! Now it is very choppy and doesn’t lay right. Also now just barely passes my ear. Also, no shampoo so very inconsistent services. They did hold true and did not charge me for this visit but you get what you pay for. My fault really, but I hope you don’t make the same mistake as me if you are growing out a pixie. I need to

My preteen is very insecure and I wanted her to get some color in her hair to hopefully see some change, Maybe more confidence. Shelly did an amazing job finding something beautiful and fitting for her Middle School policy. We will definitely be back ! Service: Hair coloring
