I am so angry I could spit. I received a text on this past Friday, confirming my appointment with Rachel - my stylist for at least the past 3 years. I LOVE the way she styles my hair. I left work an hour early as I work in Lakeland. Arrived at 4:45 - 1 stylist working. I'm thinking Rachel is in back . The 'customer liaison' or whatever she called herself introduced herself. I told her I was Rachel's 5, She then came over to me and basically whispered that Rachel was no longer with them but H______ could cut/style my hair. I didn't like the way H______ had cut my hair in the past, WHY lie to me? Shouldn't it be my decision on who cuts my hair?? Happy to say, I found Rachel. BTW - you should spend the money and update your sign - still has the name of the old salon.

Great place to go the people are very friendly and helpful.

This was an amazing experience!! I loved the hand treatment while getting a shampoo! Sandy was very detailed and I was super happy with my hair. I left feeling beautiful. This will be my new hair place!
