Porsha is a very passionate and dedicated to her work. She has a very contagious and colorful personality which makes the experience that much more satisfactory. I got a silk press by her and she was very transparent about everything she was using and doing to my hair. She was very gentle in handling my hair and also super knowledgeable and helpful about what my hair needs and the other services and products that would benefit my hair the most. Definitely will be returning! I had Porsha and my stylist and she was amazing! So kind, so professional & very knowledgeable. I have psoriasis and she thoroughly cleaned my hair and was gentle at the same time. My silk press came out lovely. Definitely my new salon

I was expecting better professionalism from this salon! I introduced my friend who just move here to this place. First she went to Porsha, then to Khadijah. She book an appointment more than a week in advance with Khadijah, two days before the appointment Brazil called her and asked her to reschedule the appointment to 3 hours later. She could not as she had work. Brazil then asked if she wanted to reschedule, she told her no, as she had somewhere to go. Minutes later Brazil texted her that they had a glitch and was double booked and there will be a wait between services. She could not tell her how long of a wait it would be. So she had to cancel. How ridiculous and unprofessional can you be, wanting some to reschedule 3 hours later or come and wait with no idea how long they will be waiting for. I was made aware of the situation, when she asked me if I knew any other stylist, and I asked what happen to the one with Khadijah. That is no way to treat people and their time, no matt
