Six months ago I found Marsha . I cannot thank you enough for the outstanding job on my Sisterlocks installation. She is very knowledgeable and informative about my new journey. I'm beyond excited about the new lifestyle. It has been a pleasurable experience, each time I get a retie. I love how professional and supportive she has been. More importantly, her work is very neat. She is AMAZING!

I have never met a more disrespectful, rude and dishonest hairstylist in my life. She operates her business by stating a non refundable deposit but schedules you for an appointment and makes you wait over an hour to be seen for what she stated would be a 30 min “consultation”. When I told her I would be unable to stay, she rudely proceeded to ask me when I would be able to come back. We are both professionals and have to be respectful of each other’s time. Since she couldn’t do the consult, I asked her for a refund of my deposit. She rudely calls me back, talking about how she doesn’t do refunds (even though I showed up but she couldn’t see me for over an hour), and asking me when I could come back for the consultation. Then proceeds to talk over me and hangs up on me. I’d rather take my hard earned money elsewhere to someone who respects and values my time. Needless to say, AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
