Extremely rude. I was told I would be charged for being late. Arrived on time and they put 4 braids in my daughter's hair then started doing someone else's hair. They had us waiting for 30 minutes. Clearly their time is more valuable than anyone else's. Furthermore, seeing that I was displeased they continued to pick at me hoping I would argue.... in front of my child. absolutely disgusting people. Service: Hairstyling

I’ve been to this salon a few times prior and had pretty decent service on my own hair. However today I brought my mother in for a simple silk press/flat iron. We prewashed her hair the night before so it would be simple to start on. I left my mom here for her first time trusting that they would give her good service with her hair as I’ve had in the past. Unfortunately that was opposite of the service we had today. Upon my return, my mothers hair looked completely FRIED!! Maria did her hair and did NOT blow dry it prior to applying the flat iron which only caused her curly/kinky hair to press together and burn. The hair wasn’t even straight, so to cover it up, she curled her whole head even though we only asked for the ends to be bumped. (In my opinion she curled it to cover up the damage she put in her hair). I asked her to fix it and she told me she didn’t have time that day so I asked her to put my mom on the next available (which she gave us the following day at 330). I proceeded

I am so happy and pleased with this hair salon. I have had waist length hair for most of my life and decided to make a change. I went in first and spoke with Maria and showed her some photos of styles I liked. The professionalism and care she took with my hair was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this salon. A clean and comfortable environment.
